If you change your mind and decide to cancel the order after payment, please contact us immediately in 24 hours after your payment is processed
After 24 hours from the payment date, we will have no responsibility to resolve any requirement for cancellation.
We only accept to return the order and process the full refund if the fault comes from our side as some cases below:

+ Product is damaged or defected
+ Printing mistake items
+ Part of your order is missing from the package.
For the damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. You must provide photos/video of the product's defect with its tag and the shipping label for checking via the support email firstname.lastname@example.org
Return & Refund are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) is received successfully by funall3d Store.
funall3d Store does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

Return packages must include original packing slip to ensure processing.

The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Different countries have different addresses for the return items. The mailing address will be provided by email after submitting the application.
Before checking out an order, please make sure to fill in the correct shipping address with accurate house number, street name, so that you can receive the package in time.
